2009 IPT Conference

Home of the 44th U.S. President Barack Obama and finalist for the 2016 Summer Olympics, Chicago has taken center stage in world affairs - a fitting venue for the Seventh Annual International IPT/IPTLD Conference.

Insulin Potentiation Targeted LowDose (IPTLD), historically known as Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT), has long piqued the interest of inquisitive physicians and patients alike since its development by Donato Perez Garcia, MD of Mexico City in 1929. The Seventh Annual IPTLD Conference is an opportunity for a wide variety of practitioners to learn practical knowledge of immediate value to their patients and clients, network with other practitioners dedicated to providing the best of care to their patients, and view presentations and exhibits on comprehensive and integrated health technologies and programs.

Doris Rapp, MD: Board-Certified in Pediatrics, Allergy and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Rapp has written eleven books, including the New York Times best-seller “Is This Your Child?” She has also produced numerous educational videos and DVDs and has appeared on Oprah, Donahue, Larry King Live and others.

Caroline Sutherland, Medical Intuitive: Medical Intuitive, health expert and best selling author of The Body “Knows,” books published by Hay House. Vast clinical background in environmental medicine.
Dr. med Christo Damyanov: An oncologist and urologist from Sophia, Bulgaria , Dr. Damyanov will report on his three year research on Insulin Potentiation Therapy application in the treatment of malignant Neoplastic Diseases.

David Cella, PhD: A Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University and Research Professor in the Institute for Healthcare Studies. His research interests and accomplishments are focused in the areas of basic measurement research, descriptive studies of quality of life (QOL) and cancer survival, analysis and interpretation of patient-reported outcomes data in clinical trials, and QOL intervention research.
